All purchases are final.  
This includes private lessons, lesson packages, batting cage rentals, and rental packages.

We understand that schedules and circumstances may change. While refunds are generally not available, we offer rescheduling options as outlined below.

Private Lessons & Lesson Packages:

- All private lesson purchases and prepaid lesson packages are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used lesson packages.
- Customers may reschedule lessons by providing at least 24 hours' notice before their scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of that scheduled lesson.
- Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notification will result in forfeiture of that lesson.
- Lesson packages are intended for the original purchaser and may not be transferred without prior approval from Base Hit 360.

Batting Cage Rentals:

- All batting cage reservations are non-refundable.
- Reservations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the reserved cage time.
- No-shows will be charged for the full reservation.
- Customers arriving late will not receive additional time beyond their original reservation.

Cage Multi-Packages:

- Multi-pack cage rental payments are non-refundable once the applicable cancellation period has passed.
- Unused cage sessions do not qualify for refunds or credits.
- Reservations require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
- Reservations canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will count toward the multi-package allowance.

Cancellations by Base Hit 360:

If Base Hit 360 must cancel a scheduled lesson or cage reservation due to an unforeseen circumstance, equipment issue, or facility closure, customers will be offered the option to reschedule.

If Base Hit 360 is unable to provide the purchased service, an appropriate refund or credit will be provided, consistent with applicable law.

Special Circumstances:

We understand that unexpected situations may arise.

Requests involving medical emergencies, injuries, or other exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually by Base Hit 360 management.

Any accommodation beyond those required by law, including a credit, transfer, or rescheduling exception, will be determined at management's discretion.

Acknowledgment:

By purchasing services or making a reservation with Base Hit 360, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy, subject to their rights under applicable law.
